Just because I’m away doesn’t mean your training stops. This 6-session bodyweight program is designed to keep you strong, mobile, and on track, no matter where you are. Each session has a specific focus—strength, endurance or mobility—so you keep progressing even without a gym. No equipment, no excuses. This program is structured for three training sessions per week over two weeks, ensuring consistency. It’s designed to complement your daily movement, so keep your step count high and stay active throughout the day. You can follow the sessions in order or mix and match them based on your preference—just stay committed and keep moving. Each session also comes with one quiz question related to that day’s workout—let’s see who’s been paying attention during training! 👀💪
